Exchanges: We want all our customers to feel good about their purchases. Feeling good leads to confidence. Confidence is sexy.
What’s Evidence Man’s exchange policy?
Something wrong with your order. We stand behind our apparel and all our garments are sold as is and come with our Quality Assurance. If something is wrong with the item you ordered such as wrong Style, color, size or even you just don’t like it, we offer exchanges for similar or same item in the corrected form:
o Different sizes for items in your shipment
o Replacements for damaged items
o The same item in a different color
Make sure you Contact Us right away for the items you want to exchange, within three business days of receiving your Order to prevent being ineligible for return for exchange for any incorrect items.
We don’t offer exchanges for:
o A different style or item
o Extras
How do I exchange something?
You can request an exchange using the “Return for Exchange Option” by contacting us Click Here, both on your desktop and from the Evidence Man app or by calling us during normal business hours. If you’ve need to exchange something you’ve Custom Ordered please contact us so we can help you out. We’ll send you another size if it’s available or make alterations if possible.
Steps to Ensure Your Return is accepted for Refund, Exchange or Credit:
1. Receive Garment and decide you do not like it or it does not fit properly or something is wrong such as incorrect item, color, size, and etcetera.
2. Return the Garment to the original packaging.
3. Print the Return Label.
4. Place the Garment back into the original package, then put it into a new envelope/box and seal it with a copy of your invoice inside the box.
5. Finally affix the packing slip onto the package and take to your local post office or UPS drop site depending on the shipping method.
6. ** If you do not have the packing slip or you lost it you may send the return in a package of your choosing at your own cost to:

What if the exchanged item arrives and it doesn’t fit?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your exchanged item, we’ll gladly assist you with a return. Please contact our Customer Service team.
How are my items shipped?
All exchanges ship via USPS. If you’re exchanging more than one item they may ship separately. We’ll send you an email with the tracking number(s) for each exchange.
