General Information

What is Evidence Man?

Evidence Man is a Men’s fashion retailer that blends expert styling, proprietary technology and unique products to deliver an easy, enjoyable, personalized shopping experience. Every man deserves to wear Quality Apparel at an Affordable price. Every Man deserves to be confident in his purchases and his every day life. Every man deserves to have at least one tailored piece of apparel in their collection.

For custom orders fill out your Style Profile and a Personal Tailor will work with you to style the selected pieces to fit your tastes, needs and budget—and mail them right to your door after you approve the final invoice. Each Custom Apparel Order is unique and therefore nonrefundable, but are covered under the Evidence Man Quality Assurance Program.

How does it work?

1. Fill out the Style Profile. First, you’ll need to complete a Style Profile for the item you want customized. This information will help your Tailor understand the sizes and styles you’re looking for, as well as your ideal price range.

2. The Tailor will send to you a final invoice with the Tailors Fee deducted from the final total. 

3.  You may cancel your Custom Apparel Order for up to 48hours after we email the final invoice.  Simply respond to the email from your Tailor or call them.  If you do not respond or you send approval we will charge your card and get to work on your order sending you a confirmation that your order is being started

3. Try everything on from the comfort of home; underwear cannot be returned for a refund. 

We encourage you to provide feedback directly to your Tailor so that you may have any further adjustments worked out.

4.  Enjoy your Custom Apparel.  Leave us a comment or review.

Remember to give us feedback on the items you received. Telling us what you liked, didn’t like and why helps your Tailor know what product evolution feedback to provide the relevant product designers.

If you’ve set up recurring shipments for a custom apparel piece we’ll automatically schedule the delivery date for your next Custom Apparel Order shipment. You can always choose an alternative date if needed or stop regularly scheduled shipments at any time.

How to update your Size & Style Profile:

You can update your Size & Style Profile for your personal Tailor on your “My Account” tab or from the “Home Page” up until the point that we start styling and creating your custom order is started. Keep in mind each time you fill out the form we will get a message regarding the Custom Order.  It is best to respond directly to the Tailor’s emails unless you are making a new custom order or updating your Sizes for your Profile.

This is a great place to let your Tailor know which pieces are missing from your wardrobe as well, any upcoming events or parties you have to dress for.  We are also sensitive to current social trends which effect fashion you have your eye on at the moment or any items you’d like us to avoid in your next order. We do our best to fulfill these requests, but sometimes the specific items requested are out of stock.

How is Evidence Man different from shopping online, or in a store?

The Evidence Man experience is not merely curated, it’s truly personalized to your taste, budget and lifestyle. Tailors customize all of our items just for you. 

Evidence Man makes shopping a little more personal than most online retailers, Evidence Man saves you a trip to the store by shipping items directly to you that have been tailored to your size profile. Our Personal Tailors also save you the time and trouble of selecting clothing and accessories. Many of our clients enjoy the ease and convenience of automatically scheduled shipments that arrive at a frequency of their choosing.

At Evidence Man, the dressing room is your home. We encourage you to try everything on from the comfort of your home and see how the items work with what’s already in your closet.

Returns are easy. Simply place the items you’re returning into a mailing envelope and drop it into any USPS mailbox within the Return Eligibility Window.

How much does it cost?

We carry a variety of raw materials at a range of prices so we can personalize items to your budget.  When you complete the Style Profile, you tell your tailor how much you’re comfortable paying for each item. Your Tailor will do their best to come up with a style combination in your budget. If you choose to buy more than one piece the final price may not be discounted due to some style choices not being eligible for discount pricing.

What types of items can I expect?

Because our clients’ tastes are varied, we carry a wide range of items. We’re growing and evolving quickly and you can expect to see us add more and more new edgy design elements to select in your Custom Apparel Orders.

What products can I expect in your Men’s line?

We are focused currently on the undergarments which include: the Package Enhancer in 2019 we will be launching several new Evidence Man apparel items. 

What ages can use the Package Enhancer?

Healthy Adult Males of all Age will see significant Confidence boosting and male member enhancement with proper use.

What sizes can you custom style?

We currently carry men’s sizes XS-XL. We’re always working to increase our range of sizes so that we can deliver great selections to more clients, if your size is not included.  Contact Us.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. territories as well as Europe and the Middle East.

STYLE PROFILE

How do I find my size?

Please USE the How to Measure for a Package Enhancer to provide us with your size. Great fitting undergarments are possible because we constantly validate sizing to ensure consistency among the brands various product styles we carry.

Do you offer petite sizing?

WE offer Xtra Small Sizing.

What’s the difference between your regular inventory and petite sizing?

Waistband mostly.

Do you offer Plus sizing?

Yes! 1X-3X. Contact US….

BILLING

When will my credit card be charged?

For each scheduled Custom Apparel Order, a $20 Tailors fee will be charged right before your Tailor begins working with you to create the final Customized Items size and style requirements. That Tailors Fee will be credited toward anything you purchase in that shipment after your Custom Apparel Order begins construction.  See Returns for more on the checkout return policy and grace period.

Does the Tailor fee roll over if I decide not to finalize the Custom Apparel Order?

Your Tailors Fee can only be applied to a purchase from your current Custom Apparel Order. It doesn’t roll over to your next shipment, isn’t refunded, and can’t be transferred to another member of a family account. This applies whether you return all your items, or purchase an item that’s less than the cost of the fee. Our number one priority is to personalize your Custom Apparel Order so you love it and can put your Tailors fee to good use.

SCHEDULING

How do automatic deliveries work?

Although not required, choosing automatic deliveries is an easy way to set up Custom Apparel Orders to come on a regular schedule. If you’d rather not receive automatic deliveries, you can schedule a Custom Apparel Order manually anytime you choose to from your home page. For information about how payment works for automatic deliveries, see our Billing FAQ.

Do I have to sign up for automatic deliveries?

Not unless you want to! We think regularly scheduled shipments are a truly effortless way to keep your style fresh. You can elect to receive shipments at a frequency that’s right for you—every 2-3 weeks, every month, every other month or every three months.

We want you to choose the solution that works best with your schedule and lifestyle, whether that means shipments arrive automatically or you place an order manually each time. Evidence Man doesn’t require a membership fee or a monthly subscription.

How do I change or cancel my automatic deliveries?

You can still sign up for a automatic deliveries if you already have a shipment scheduled. From your homepage, click on “Sign up for automatic Custom Apparel Orderes.” This will not change the date of your current shipment. If you have a family account, make sure you’re on the profile of the individual you’d like to set up automatic deliveries for. 

If you want to skip your next shipment, you don’t need to change your subscription. From your homepage, click on “Skip this Custom Apparel Order.” When you select this option, we won’t send your next scheduled shipment, but your delivery schedule will resume as usual for the following shipment. If we’re already working on your next shipment, this option won’t appear on your homepage and you’ll need to contact us to check if there is still time to cancel your next shipment.

To cancel your automatic deliveries, click on “Manage automatic Custom Apparel Orderes” on your homepage. When you cancel your automatic shipments you can also select to cancel your upcoming shipment. If you don’t cancel your next shipment, it will still arrive on the requested date. If you have a family account, make sure you’re on the profile of the individual you’d like to cancel automatic deliveries for.

How do returns work?

How long do I have to decide what I want to keep?

You’ll have 3 days after your Purchase or Custom Apparel Order is delivered to try on your items and decide what you’d like to keep. You are responsible if your returns are late, we will NOT send an email to remind you. If you don’t check out within the allotted time frame, we’ll assume you loved everything and your order will not be eligible for Return.

What if I need more time to decide?

If you’re unable to return your items within 3 days, you can extend for a few more days by Contacting Us.
